• To provide and maintain the Veloscal scheduling platform
• To create and manage bookings and meeting availability
• To synchronize your connected Google Calendar
• To detect scheduling conflicts and availability
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications
• To improve platform functionality and user experience

Google user data is only used to provide user-facing features directly related to calendar scheduling and meeting management.

Veloscal does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

Veloscal does not sell Google user data or personal information to third parties.

• With service providers and infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform, such as cloud hosting providers

Users may disconnect their Google account at any time through their account settings.

Upon account deletion or disconnection:

• OAuth tokens are revoked or deleted
• Connected Google Calendar data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period
• Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data by contacting support@veloscal.com

7. Third-Party Services
